Cancelling your Landcover Policy is easy!
Our Landcover policies are issued for a period of one year and the Insurer’s cost is minimum and deposit which means that there is no Refund for cancellation requested by you after the 21day cooling off period.
The Landcover administration fee is likewise not refundable as we have provided the facility, the insurance documents, credit card payment free of fees to you and as well ongoing policy maintenance.
You can cancel the policy at any time after the cooling off period but there is NO pro- rata refund.
The 21 days Cooling Off period from the time you take you the policy allows you to cancel and receive a full refund. Your request must in writing and received by us within that period.

Cancellation in the 21 day Cooling Off Period:
Obtain a Full Refund
After you have purchased your policy, you will have 21 days to check that the policy and benefits meet your needs. This is known as the “Cooling Off Period’. Within this period, you may cancel the policy in writing and receive the full refund of the total amount you paid.
We undertake to process Cooling Off refunds requests within 2 working days however it may take up to 10 days for financial institutions to transfer the funds and credit your account.
Cancellation after the Cooling Off Period of 21 days:
No Refund
If you request cancellation of your policy after the 21 days cooling off period, no refund will be provided in full or pro rata.
All Landcover policy premiums are 100% Minimum and Deposit and therefore not refundable by the Insurer.
Landcover's administration fee is not refundable in full or pro rata. Landcover does not receive any commission or financial payment from the Insurer for arranging your policy.
