Does Landcover offer renewal of my Policy?

All Landcover policies are non-renewable contracts. The reason being is that for many owners of vacant land their circumstances frequently change. Some of our customers dispose of their land , others demolish and subdivide, and some commence building their dream home.

To ensure continuity of your insurance and to update your Landcover policy you need to reapply at any time in the month your policy expires. Simply go online to: www.landcover.com.au

Your new policy will take effect immediately and will expire on the last day of the month next year. This new policy will replace your current policy by default so that you have continuity of cover but not 2 policies at the same time.

We appreciate that for some customers, like you, this process can be an inconvenience. However, for compliance and for your security and effective payment, we believe this to be our best solution for our website.
